The management team appointed to-date is as follows:
David Parker - Director of Small Holder Affairs (Age: - 44)
David Parker MBE, holds a City and Guilds certificate of Agriculture, a Bachelor Degree of Agricultural and a Masters Degree of Tropical Agricultural Development from Reading University . He is a member of the Tropical Agriculture Association (TAD) & the International Association of Agricultural Economists (IAAE). David has worked throughout the world in developing countries on various agricultural, rural engineering and multi-sectoral development projects. He has spent over 10 years in Liberia with one of his key roles advising the European Commission on agriculture including the re-development of rubber, palm oil, coffee and cocoa plantations. He directly managed the rehabilitation of 21,000 hectares of tree crops in Liberia including importation of certified Tenera seedlings from Ivory Coast , management of nurseries and establishment of small holder estates. He has worked extensively many key international aid and development agency programmes including the European Union. the UK Department for International Development (DFID), the United Nations Food and Agriculture Programme (FAO) and USAID.
Allen Yancy, III - Director of Corporate Affairs (Age: - 62)
Allen Yancy has been involved extensively in Liberian business and politics since the late 1970’s. Allen served as Managing Director from 1980 to 1985 and Deputy Managing Director of the Liberian Sugar Corporation from 1978 to 1980. This was a pioneering industry in Liberia and was a fully integrated business model from the growing of sugar cane through to the industrial processes of sugar refining. Mr Yancy during his time at Liberian Sugar managed a large team of agronomists, engineers and line managers. Allen has been extensively involved at senior levels of government and business in Liberia for most of his life.
Tim Daniel - Chief Financial Officer
Tim is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and is ex-KPMG. Tim subsequently worked as an investment analyst with a London-based hedge fund, focusing on the high yield bond market.
